o By providing your name and address, we will keep you informed of our plans and progress, and ways you might be able to get involved in the Vision For Good programme.

We will hold your information for up to five years, after which time we will contact you for your positive agreement that we can continue to retain it for a further period. If we do not receive positive agreement, we will delete your information.
Where necessary, we may transfer personal information outside the UK. When doing so, we comply with the UK GDPR, making sure appropriate safeguards are in place. Please contact us for more information.
